Terms of Use

These STN Sports Terms of Use are an agreement between Station Casinos LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Station”, “we”, or “us”), and you (a “User”, “you”, or “your”). These STN Sports Terms of Use apply to your use of and engagement with the STN Sports website available at https://stnsports.com/ (the “Website”), the STN Sports application available for download for Android and iOS (together with the Website, the “STN Sports App”), and your use of any services provided through the Station Sports App, including all wagering (collectively, the “Services”). 

These STN Sports Terms of Use are supplemented by the Station Casinos Terms of Use and the Station Casinos Privacy Policy (together, the “Station Casinos Policies”), the STN Sports Wagering Account Rules available at https://stnsports.com/rules/ (the “Rules”), and any house, promotional, or event rules that apply to your use of any Services or any of your accounts (collectively, these STN Sports Terms of Use, the Station Casinos Policies, the Rules, and any house, promotional, or event rules that apply are referred to herein as the “STN Sports Terms”). 

By accessing the Website, downloading the STN Sports App, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to read, comply with, and be legally bound by these STN Sports Terms. 

AGE RESTRICTION

All people under 21 years of age are prohibited from using the Services. If you are younger than 21 years of age, you may not access or use the Services; open an account (including a STN Sports Wagering Account); and/or submit information to the Services.

ACCOUNT CREATION

In order to utilize the Services, you will need to create a Station account as described in the Station Casinos Terms of Use. 

STN SPORTS WAGERING ACCOUNT

In order to use the STN Sports App, you will need to open a STN Sports wagering account (a “STN Sports Wagering Account”) in addition to your Station account that is governed by the Station Casinos Terms of Use. Your STN Sports Wagering Account is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • To open a STN Sports Wagering Account, you must complete a STN Sports Wagering Account application in person at a Participating Property. With your STN Sports Wagering Account application, you must submit an acceptable and valid proof of identification, proof of residence, social security number, and other information as required by Station. The individual named on the STN Sports Wagering Account application is the “Wagering Account Holder” and is the only individual entitled to transact using such STN Sports Wagering Account.
  • All STN Sports Wagering Account applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Participating properties include most Station-branded properties and Station-affiliated properties (the “Participating Properties”). Visit STNSports.com for a list of currently participating properties.
  • For more information about opening a STN Sports Wagering Account, please see the Rules available at https://stnsports.com/rules/. 
  • You may close your STN Sports Wagering Account by visiting a sports book location at any Participating Property.

LICENSE

Station hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable, and terminable at Station’s sole discretion, license to use (with no right to sublicense) the STN Sports App (and any updates thereto, as Station may provide in its sole discretion) for your personal use on one wireless device associated with your STN Sports Wagering Account. You may not copy, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the STN Sports App. Any attempt to do so is a violation and breach of these STN Sports Terms.

LIMITATION ON USE

The STN Sports App is a mobile wagering application available only for use in the State of Nevada. Station does not charge for use of the STN Sports App; however, MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Once we verify the information in your STN Sports Wagering Account application and you open and fund your STN Sports Wagering Account, Station will give you instructions on how to download STN Sports App for your wireless device from the Apple or Android app stores. Afterward, you will be able to wager on sporting events using the STN Sports App on your mobile device or desktop, provided you place your wager from within the borders of the State of Nevada. Nevada law prohibits wagers originating from outside the State of Nevada. It is illegal to place a wager originating outside the State of Nevada using our Services.

STN SPORTS WAGERING ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS

All STN Sports Wagering Account transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, must be made by the Wagering Account Holder only. Agents or other representatives are not permitted to transact using a STN Sports Wagering Account for which they are not the Wagering Account Holder. Deposits and withdrawals into a Wagering Account may be made either in person (and signed and authorized by the Wagering Account Holder at a Participating Property) or via an authorized prepaid card. STN Sports Wagering Account transactions are subject to the following limitations and restrictions:

  1. Wagering Accounts may be funded by bank transfer (ACH), authorized prepaid card (Sightlines Play+, which may be funded by debit/credit/ACH/PayPal), credit or debit card (when available), cash, or approved chips.
  2. Wagering Account Holders may be required to provide account number and acceptable valid identification when conducting STN Sports Wagering Account transactions.
  3. A STN Sports wager will not be accepted if the total value of the wager exceeds the STN Sports Wagering Account balance.
  4. STN Sports wagers will be deducted directly from the Wagering Account Holder’s STN Sports Wagering Account balance. Winnings from wagers will be credited directly to the Wagering Account Holder’s STN Sports Wagering Account.
  5. STN Sports wagers are subject to established wagering limits. The minimum wager is $2.00.
  6. STN Sports wagers are accepted during STN Sports hours of operation, unless Station determines otherwise in its sole discretion.
  7. Winning tickets subject to IRS reporting and/or withholding will not be posted to the applicable STN Sports Wagering Account until all information has been verified and proper signatures are obtained in person. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Wagering Account Holder.
  8. The STN Sports Terms are subject to change by Station at any time, including as the result of regulatory review. Please visit our Website at www.stnsports.com and review the Rules regularly to learn of any changes. We may update or change the Rules and/or these STN Sports Terms (and all rules, policies, and guidance referenced herein) at any time and in our sole discretion and without advance notice to you. Your continued use of the Services (including your STN Sports Wagering Account) after the posting of any change to STN Sports Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such change. If any change is unacceptable to you, you must stop using the Services Sports entirely and close your STN Sports Wagering Account.
  9. All STN Sports Terms, state and federal laws, and Nevada Gaming Commission (“NGC”) regulations apply to STN Sports Wagering Accounts.

REPORTING

Upon request, Station will provide the Wagering Account Holder with a detailed report for such Wagering Account Holder’s STN Sports Wagering Account. The report may include the following information:

  • Account number
  • Beginning balance
  • List of all transactions, including the following information with regard to each transaction:
    • Date and time
    • Amount
    • Type (e.g., deposit, withdrawal)
    • Gaming area, if applicable
    • Employee(s) who authorized the transaction
  • Total by credit and debit
  • Ending balance

Note: Credit as defined by NGC Regulation 5.225(11) and debit as defined by Regulation 5.225(12).

DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS
A Wagering Account Holder may dispute any transaction according to NGC Regulation 7A or Title 41 of the 2010 Nevada Code (NRS 463.361-463.366), as applicable.

For all wagers, Station shall make a voice, print, electronic, or other approved record of the entire transaction and shall not accept any wager if the recording system is inoperable. Station’s record of a Wagering Account Holder’s confirmation of wagers shall be deemed to be the transaction of record. Such records are made available to the Nevada Gaming Control Board (the “NGC Board”) upon request.

You acknowledge that sports wagers are not deemed accepted until the wager is confirmed through a message from the STN Sports App. You understand and agree that any malfunction of the STN Sports App, or other device or system failure may void all payouts. A Wagering Account Holder shall immediately inform STN Sports in the event the Wagering Account Holder believes any error has occurred related to their STN Sports Wagering Account, a wager, or any other transaction with the Services. Any funds or winnings credited to a STN Sports Wagering Account in error will not be available for use until such error is resolved.

ACCEPTANCE OF WAGER
You acknowledge that a wager placed using the STN Sports App is binding on you and Station at such time that the STN Sports App displays a request for confirmation and, if you press “Confirm”, the STN Sports App displays a confirmation message, an example of which follows:

You acknowledge that once a wager has been accepted by the STN Sports App and displays the above confirmation message, the wager is binding on both parties and cannot be modified, cancelled or voided by either party.

STATION RIGHTS

Station, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right to:

  • refuse to establish a STN Sports Wagering Account for what it deems a good and sufficient reason;
  • refuse deposits to Wagering Accounts for what it deems a good and sufficient reason;
  • refuse to accept all or part of any wager for what it deems a good and sufficient reason;
  • declare that any or all wagers will no longer be received; and
  • unless there is a pending NGC Board investigation or Wagering Account Holder dispute, suspend or close any Wagering Account at any time as permitted in the STN Sports Terms; provided, however, when a Wagering Account is closed, Station shall immediately return the balance of the Wagering Account at the time of said action (subject to compliance with NGC regulations, the STN Sports Terms, and federal and state laws and regulations) by sending a check to the Wagering Account Holder’s address of record.

CONFIDENTIAL STN SPORTS WAGERING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Except as otherwise expressly provided, Station shall keep confidential the following (collectively, the “Confidential Wagering Account Information”):

  • the amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any STN Sports Wagering Account; 
  • the amount of money wagered by a Wagering Account Holder on any game or gaming device;
  • the account number and secure personal identification method that identifies the Wagering Account Holder;
  • the identities of particular entries on which a Wagering Account Holder is wagering or has wagered; and
  • the name, address, and other information in Station’s possession that would identify the Wagering Account Holder to anyone other than the NGC Board or Station. 

Station will share the Confidential Wagering Account Information only:

  • with the NGC Board;
  • with financial institutions participating in a program established in accordance with Section 314(b) of the USA Patriot Act; and/or
  • as required by state or federal law.

Station may share the Confidential Wagering Account Information: 

  • with any licensed affiliate of Station;
  • with a person who has been issued a nonrestricted license for an establishment where Station or its affiliates operate a race book or sports pool; and/or
  • as authorized by the Wagering Account Holder.

STN SPORTS WAGERING ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

In addition to other suspension rights set forth in the STN Sports Terms, Station may suspend a STN Sports Wagering Account if the STN Sports Wagering Account has not been used to make any wagers for 16 consecutive months. A suspended STN Sports Wagering Account may be reactivated by the Wagering Account Holder in person by presenting the Wagering Account Holder’s valid government-issued picture identification credential.

RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Station encourages responsible gaming by educating its employees and by making problem-gambling information available to its customers at its physical locations and on Station’s website (www.stationcasinos.com/gaming/responsible-gaming).
