CASHOUT

1. Cashout allows you to request early payment on a wager, before the actual conclusion of the original market that was placed has been determined.
2. The Cashout feature is only available for wagers placed on the STN Sports mobile app.
3. Cashout Availability
   1. a. The Cashout feature may be offered at the discretion of the sportsbook and is subject to availability. It is generally available for:
      1. i. Straight bets placed on pre-game or in-play markets, depending on market conditions and timing.
      2. ii. Parlay bets, but only in specific circumstances determined by the sportsbook
4. Important Notice
   1. a. Cashout availability is not guaranteed. Customers should not place wagers with the expectation that Cashout will be offered at any point during the event.
   2. b. The Operator does not encourage customers to place bets with the intention to Cashout later, as there is no guarantee that the feature will be available. In no uncertain terms: Cashout availability should not be the determining factor for placing a wager.
      c. No refunds or adjustments will be provided if a wager loses and the Cashout feature was unavailable at the time the customer wished to use it.
      d. The sportsbook reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove Cashout offers at any time without prior notice.
5. How to Use Cashout
   1. a. To Cashout a bet, you must select “Cashout” from your betslip and click “Confirm.” Once confirmed, Cashout requests cannot be canceled.
6. Technical and Promotional Considerations
   1. a. Cashout is an automated function and is subject to the availability of betting. If betting is not available on a particular market for the given bet, a Cashout settlement will not be offered.
   2. b. Cashout may be affected if your wager triggers a promotion.
7. Payouts for cashed-out transactions will occur at the time of Cashout; however, delays may occur from time to time in settling funds
8. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw or suspend Cashout offers on a market without prior notice and will not be held responsible for any external messaging or updates that remain visible after the offer is withdrawn.
