2025 Rules

1. To sign-up for the Last Man Standing Elimination College Football Contest (the “Contest”), Contestant must i) be 21 years of age or older, ii) have an active Boarding Pass, STN Sports, or Club Cortez card, iii) register for the Contest by completing this form, presenting a valid government issued photo ID and a Boarding Pass, STN Sports or Club Cortez card in person, and iv) pay twenty-five dollars ($25 USD) per entry. Cash only; no other forms of payment will be accepted.
2. Registration for the Contest begins on Friday, August 1, 2025, and ends on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 7:15 pm. Contest registration is only available in person at a participating Property Sports Book counter. Late registrations will not be accepted.
3. Each Contestant is limited to a maximum of five (5) entries (total), inclusive of the free entry. Any Contestant who purchases more than four (4) Contest entries will be disqualified and ineligible for any Contest prize.
4. The contest will begin on Friday, September 5, 2025, and will conclude on either i) Saturday, November 29, 2025 (13 weeks) or ii) when there is one (1) or no participant(s) remaining, whichever comes first (the “Contest Period”). Thursday and Friday College Football games may be included.
5. The Contest is based on selecting one (1) winning selection on the Contest Sheet each week of the Contest Period (each a “Weekly Selection”). For each Contest Week, a Contest Sheet will be posted in the Properties’ sports books. Contestant must make a selection from the applicable weekly Contest Sheet for each one of their official Contest entries. There will be no ties to choose from on the weekly Contest Sheet; all selections will be half point spreads. If a Weekly Selection submitted is a winning selection that entry will remain active for the following Contest Week. If a Weekly Selection submitted is a losing selection, that entry will be eliminated from the Contest. Weekly Selections must be submitted for each entry by no later than prior to the start of the applicable game. Weekly Selections not submitted by the applicable game time will be eliminated from the Contest. No exceptions.
6. Contestants may enter and play at Palace Station, Boulder Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock Casino, Durango Casino, Treasure Island, Virgin River, Casablanca, and El Cortez Sports Book (the “Property” or “Properties”). Contest registration is only available in person at a Property Sports Book counter. Contest selections may only be submitted in person at a participating Property Sports Book counter, Contest selections are NOT available on the STN Sports App.
7. There will be one (1) Contest Prize. The Contest Prize is guaranteed to be a minimum of $100,000 but may be greater based on the total number of paid Contest entries. 100% of all paid Entry fees paid will be designated for the Contest Prize. The Contest Prize will be awarded to the last Entry still alive at the end of the Contest. If at the end of the Contest, there is more than one (1) Entry still active, or all remaining Entries are eliminated on the same Contest Week, the Contest Prize will be split equally among those tied Entries.
8. The Weekly Contest Sheet will be available in the Properties’ sports books, beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2025, then available weekly, every Wednesday morning of the applicable Contest Week. Each Contestant must make his/her selection before the start of their selected game on the Contest Sheet each week.
9. Only one (1) selection on a Contest Sheet will be accepted per ID number/entry per Contest Week. The ticket (receipt) generated from the stub portion of the Contest Sheet, in conjunction with the Property’s sports system computer records are the official entry of record. The Contest Sheet itself is not valid for any purpose.
   Game Time and Date Changes:
10. In the event that any game listed on the Contest Sheet should be rescheduled for a day beyond the Thursday through Sunday of that particular Contest Week, that game will be counted as a winner and that entry will advance in the Contest to the next week. Should a date change occur within the current Contest Week, i.e., a Thursday game is moved to that immediate Sunday, the game would still be considered valid for this Contest’s purposes.
11. In the event that any game listed on the Contest Sheet should have a starting time change, but not a date change, the game will be considered “action” for purposes of this Contest and the outcome will dictate if an entry moves forward in the Contest or not.
12. In the event any game is cancelled, forfeited, and/or not completed/played, that game will be scored as a winner so that entries with that selection will remain eligible to move forward in the Contest.
13. Current Contest standings will be publicly posted or distributed each week before or after all Contest games at the Properties Sports Books.
14. At the conclusion of the Contest, unofficial Contest results will be announced; however, a seven (7) day hold period will take place to allow for reviews and verifications. The Contest winner(s) will then be certified and the winning Contestant(s) will be eligible to claim their prize(s).
15. To collect their prize, Contestant(s) will be required to present their valid government issued photo ID and Boarding Pass, STN Sports or Club Cortez card in person at the Property Sports Book that they registered at for the Contest. Additional prize winning forms may need to be completed.
16. Prize(s) must be collected by no later than 6:00pm on Saturday, February 28, 2026, or it will be forfeited. While Management will attempt to contact the winner(s), it is Contestant’s sole responsibility to determine if they are a winner and timely claim their prize.
17. Team Members of Station Casinos LLC and its subsidiaries, including members of their immediate households, are eligible to participate in the Contest, with the exception of the following who are not eligible, i) Team Members directly involved in the Contest promotion; ii) All Station Casinos, Casablanca, Virgin River, Treasure Island, and El Cortez Race & Sports Book Team Members; and, iii) Team Members prohibited from gambling pursuant to the Team Member gambling Policy.
18. Entries are non-transferable and non-refundable.
19. Station Casinos Sports Book House rules apply. Management shall resolve any dispute not covered by these rules. Management reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this Contest at any time at its sole discretion.
20. Station Casinos LLC and any of its affiliated companies may exclude anyone from participating in the Contest for any or no reason, at management’s sole discretion.
21. Participation in this Contest constitutes the Contestant’s agreement to be bound by these official Rules, all Station Casinos Property policies and the decisions of management.
22. All applicable taxes and fees relating to the winning of Contest prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Contestant will receive an IRS income tax reporting form (i.e., W2G or 1099) as applicable and winnings will be subject to certain withholding, if applicable.
23. By participating in this Contest winner hereby gives their permission to Station Casinos LLC and any of its affiliated companies to use their name, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.
24. Contestants shall indemnify and hold harmless Station Casinos LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from or in connection with this Contest.
25. Persons who have been trespassed or otherwise banned from gambling at any Station Casinos, Treasure Island, Casablanca, Virgin River, or El Cortez property or who have requested self-limited status from all Station Casinos’ properties are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
26. Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. This Contest is subject to any dispute resolution prescribed by Nevada Revised Statutes 463.361 et seq. and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A.

2025 Rules

3. Each Contestant who purchases four (4) entries will receive one (1) additional entry free. Each Contestant is limited to a maximum of five (5) entries (total), inclusive of the free entry. Any Contestant who purchases more than four (4) Contest entries will be disqualified and ineligible for any Contest prize.
4. The Contest will begin on Thursday, September 4, 2025, and conclude on either i) Monday, December 29, 2025 (17 weeks) or ii) when there is one (1) or no contestant(s) remaining, whichever comes first (the “Contest Period”). Regular Season Games played in week 18 (January 3-4, 2026), and any Pro Football playoff games will NOT be part of the Contest.
5. The Contest is based on selecting one (1) winning selection on the Contest Sheet each week of the Contest Period (each a “Weekly Selection”). For each Contest Week, a Contest Sheet will be posted in the Properties’ sports books.
