Promotion Overview

  • New STN Sports account holders & non-migrated STN Sports account holders only.
  • Up to a maximum of $50 of one (1) qualifying losing sports wager placed on the STN Sports app will be refunded.
  • 1 wireless charger (while supplies last) will be awarded if a deposit of $50 or more is made at the time the signup is completed.
  • Requires a Sports Wager of $5 or greater placed in the STN Sports app within the Promotion Period and clicking on the No Worry Wager bonus feature before placing the Qualifying Wager.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The STN Sports $50 Wager No Worry Wager promotion (the “Promotion”) is available for new or non-migrated STN Sports account holders who i) are at least 21 years of age, ii) have an active Station Casinos Boarding Pass or El Cortez Club account, iii) complied with all requirements to successfully pre-register & activate a new race and sports wagering account in the STN Sports mobile app on the GAN platform during the Promotion Period and iv) successfully deposited real money funds into their account to make at least the minimum Qualifying Wager, defined below, necessary to participate in this Promotion.   2. This Promotion is for new & non-migrated account holders only. Persons who currently have a STN Sports Mobile App, on the GAN platform, are not eligible for this Promotion. Non-migrated players are defined as previously having a STN Sports Mobile account on the Stadium platform and have not yet transferred their account to the GAN platform prior to the start date of the promotion.
  3. The Promotion starts at 12:01 am PT on August 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
  4. In order to participate in this Promotion, account holder must click on this Promotion in their STN Sports account “promotions menu” before placing their Qualifying Wager.
  5. A Qualifying Wager for purposes of this Promotion is as follows:
    • a. Must be placed within the STN Sports App and participant must click on the “No Worry Wager” Promotion offer before placing wager.
    • b. Must be placed within the Promotion Period.
    • c. Must be a single wager (i.e., cannot be combined smaller wagers to meet minimum wagering amount)
    • d. Must be minimum of $5 using real money funds from account holder’s available account balance. Funds received/deposited from another promotion are not eligible.
    • e. Wager odds must be greater than -200. For example, a wager with a team’s odds at -250 would not be eligible.
    • f. Only sports wagers qualify. Race wagers are not eligible.
  1. If participant’s Qualifying Wager loses, participant will be refunded the amount of their losing wager up to a maximum $50 (the “Promo Refund”) in their STN Sports account within 24 hours of event completion the Qualifying Wager was bet on. If participant’s Qualifying Wager wins, they will not receive the Promo Refund.
  2. If the full Qualifying Wager is “canceled” or determined “no action” during the Promotion Period, the Promotion offer will be added back to the account holder’s promotional menu within 24 hours to use again.
  3. Maximum one (1) Promotion offer per person. Once the Qualifying Wager has been placed, the Promotion offer cannot be applied to a different wager.
  4. Maximum Promo Refund per person is $50.
  5. The Promo Refund will be deposited into account holder’s STN Sports account and can be withdrawn or used for other wagers the same as real money funds. Promo Refunds are non-transferable, and cannot be substituted, exchanged, purchased or sold.
  6. To obtain the wireless charger – a deposit of $50 or more must be made at the time the account is opened at an STN Race & Sports Book location. Wireless chargers are limited and will only be provided while supplies last.

  8. STN Sports App, property and STN Sports Book House rules apply. Management shall resolve any dispute not covered by these rules. Management reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
  9. If the participant’s STN Sports account is closed for any reason after the Promotion offer is activated, all pending wagers will still be “action”; however, the Promotion will no longer be available or valid.
  10. Station Casinos is not responsible for technical difficulties including but not limited to the inability of participant to access their STN Sports app or Promotion timely due to human error, cell phone or internet outages, interruptions, or breakdowns, or hardware or software malfunctions.
  11. All applicable taxes and fees relating to the Promotion is the sole responsibility of the winner. Participant will receive an IRS income tax reporting form (i.e., W2G or 1099) as applicable and winnings will be subject to certain withholding, if applicable.
  12. By participating in this Promotion winner hereby gives their permission to Station Casinos LLC and any of its affiliated companies to use their name, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.
  13. Participation in this Promotion constitutes the participant’s agreement to be bound by these official Rules, all Property policies and the decisions of management. Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless Station Casinos LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
  14. Station Casinos LLC and any of its affiliated properties may exclude anyone from participating in the Promotion for any or no reason, at management’s sole discretion.
  15. Persons who have been trespassed or otherwise banned from gambling at any Property or who have requested self-limited status from all Properties or Properties’ gambling apps are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  16. Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. This Promotion is subject to any dispute resolution prescribed by Nevada Revised Statutes 463.361 et seq. and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A.
  17. This Promotion is subject to applicable federal and state laws, regulations and regulatory authority approvals.
  18. Team Members of Station Casinos LLC and its subsidiaries, including members of their immediate households, are eligible to participate in the Promotion, with the exception of the following who are not eligible, i) Team Members directly involved in the Promotion; ii) All Station Casinos, El Cortez and Fontainebleau Race & Sports Book Team Members; and, iii) Team Members prohibited from gambling pursuant to the Team Member gambling Policy.
